Bonsall (92003) Located just east of Oceanside and Camp Pendleton and just south of Fallbrook in the foothills of North San Diego County, along the San Luis Rey River and Highway 76. Bonsall is best known for its groves, expansive ranches, estate homes and San Luis Rey Downs Thoroughbred Training Center. Off the I-15, you can reach Bonsall off of Pala Road (Hwy 76), Gopher Canyon Road and Camino Del Rey. Several horse-boarding and equestrian-related facilities lie within the greater Bonsall area.

The community lays claim to an area of approximately 10,000 acres including Black Mountain Regional Park, with just over half of the land being used for housing.
Reaching to over 1,500 ft above the surrounding area, the most distinctive landmark in the community is Black Mountain. The rolling landscape and mesas provide privacy and a sense of peace for the residents of each neighborhood. Pauma Valley (92061) Home to the prestigious Pauma Valley Country Club. This famous golf course and gated neighborhood is soon to celebrate its 50th anniversary.
